"Helpful gear info, delivery was a little slow"
I ordered a new belay device and some crack gloves, the sizing and gear-use info was actually useful... like, not the usual copy-paste generic stuff you see everywhere. That helped me feel better about what I was picking. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, which was mildly annoying, but everything showed up in good shape. So yeah, overall solid experience and I’d order from them again

"Easy return, would use again"
I had to return a pair of shoes and the process was straightforward. The refund came through after a few days, which was great. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that I did have to follow up once about the tracking. Still, overall it was a good experience and I’d be happy to order from them again

"Solid climbing shop, easy"
I ordered some climbing shoes and a bag of chalk from BananaFingers and it was all straightforward. The product details were clear enough, and the sizing notes helped me feel a bit less like I was guessing, though climbing shoe sizing is always... Delivery was quick, everything turned up in good shape, and the prices seemed fair. No complaints really. I’d happily use them again.

"Some Deals Are Fine, But Not All"
I’ve found that some of the offers are actually good, but others really aren’t worth bothering with. It’s kind of hit or miss, so you have to pay attention before jumping on anything. What gets annoying is when you bring up an issue and just get one of those generic canned apology responses instead of someone actually addressing the problem.

Ordered a few climbing bits from Banana Fingers and, yeah... everything turned up fine. The prices seemed decent and the website was easy enough to get around. Delivery took a day longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t really a big deal. Everything was packed well and the items were all good. I’d use them again

I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t totally sure what had gone wrong at first, so I emailed Bananafingers to ask. They got back to me really quickly, cleared everything up, and sorted it without any hassle. I was a bit confused going into it, but they made it super easy and actually seemed to care. I’d definitely order from them again...

I’m really happy with this chalk bag. It feels solid and well made, which I appreciate because I’d rather buy gear that lasts than keep replacing cheap stuff. Feels like a good, sensible choice

There are loads of climbing bits to choose from, and the shoe range is decent too. I found around a few sizes missing, which was a bit of a shame, so I’d give it 4 stars

Ordered from bananafingers.co and yeah... the delivery was actually quicker than I expected. It turned up a day early, which was a nice surprise. Packaging was fine too, everything arrived in good condition. Only reason I’d give it 4 stars is the tracking didn’t really update much, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. But overall... no real complaints

"Helpful size guide and a good fit"
I checked the size guide before ordering, and I’m really glad I did. When the shoes arrived a few days later, they fit well overall. After wearing them around for a bit, I noticed they’re just a tiny bit tight, but not enough to be a big issue...

"The stuff I ordered was okay…"
The stuff I ordered was okay quality, not amazing but definitely not bad either. It pretty much matched what I expected, so I can’t really complain too much on that side. The only thing is that once the postage was added on, the total price felt a bit higher than I was expecting, and it made me question whether it was as good of a deal as it first looked. I might shop here again if I saw something I really wanted, but I’d probably check the full cost with shipping first before deciding.

"Really fair delivery costs"
I was really happy with the delivery cost from BananaFingers. I only ordered a couple of small bits, and the postage didn’t feel ridiculous like it does on some other sites. It turned up when expected too, so really no complaints from me. Nice to be able to buy climbing gear online without the delivery adding loads on at checkout
